These Terms of Service govern your use of Palmly. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Palmly provides a web-based AI palm reading experience. You may upload a palm photo to receive a personalized interpretation of visible lines, palm shape, and related patterns. The exact free and paid capabilities are shown in the product interface.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits.
Paid access, one-time products, subscriptions, or credit packs may be processed through Creem or Stripe where enabled. Prices, included features, and plan limits are shown at checkout or inside the product. We may change pricing or limits for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, unused credits do not create a cash balance, may expire, and are not transferable.
Palmly readings are for self-reflection and personal growth purposes only. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. AI outputs can be inconsistent, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific use case, and we do not guarantee any prediction or outcome.
You may use outputs you generate for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms, third-party provider rules, and applicable law.
You keep rights to prompts, reference images, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can provide the service.
