Because Palmly provides a digital personalized report, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Eligible examples

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Payment completed but the full report was not generated.
  • Technical issue prevented access to the full report.

Not normally eligible

  • User changed mind after viewing the full report.
  • User expected medical, financial, legal, illness, death, or guaranteed future predictions.
